Our jewelry is wrapped and packaged in a Noisette Jewelry gift box and ready for gifting. We do not include price receipts with the package, except for international orders (an invoice is mandatory and included behind the shipping label on the outside of the shipping box).

Stacking ring boxes

Orders of multiple rings from the same collection ship in the same stacking ring box (up to 3 rings per box). If you wish to receive each ring packaged individually instead, please leave a note when placing your order with this request.

Minimal Packaging

If you do not wish to receive your order packaged as a gift, please let us know at check out in the "notes." You will receive the jewelry wrapped in simple tissue paper for protection in a minimal paper box.

We recommend removing your jewelry when cleaning, swimming, working out and taking a shower. Water, sweat and chemicals can cause tarnishing or damage plating.

Dust, pollution, cosmetics and perfumes all conspire to cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of sterling silver or plated jewelry. Take the time to properly store and care for your Noisette piece of jewelry.

The best way to prevent tarnish from oxidation is to store clean, dry jewelry in a dry airtight container, like a zip lock bag. Water and humidity can speed up the oxidation process creating tarnish, so avoid leaving your jewelry in the bathroom.

To clean silver sterling or plated jewelry, buff very gently with a jewelry cloth, a soft and dry cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth.

Do not use chemical or ultrasonic cleaners, they could cause damage to the jewelry. We will not be able to replace or refund a piece of jewelry damaged while trying to clean it using chemical or ultrasonic cleaners.
